COVID UPDATE NOVEMBER 17, 2020

Recent updates in Kern County now require that churches meet outdoors for services. In an effort to offer church services for our family, friends and community, our Sunday service at 10:30am will now meet outside in the parking lot between Harbor Freight and the bank. We will be setting up tents with patio heaters to do our best to provide a comfortable setting for church. Additionally we will continue to offer church live streamed on Saturday night at 5:30pm. You can watch on this website by clicking "watch" on the upper right, on our Facebook page or church app.

As we plan for short and long term future goals, we will continue to follow the guidelines, requirements and recommendations set forth by the Governor and health officials in order to ensure the health and safety of our church family in a Christ-honoring way. This link will take you to the most recent document outlining the guidance for places of worship and we encourage everyone to read it. https://covid19.ca.gov/pdf/guidance-places-of-worship.pdf  .

This letter will outline the basic requirements and help prepare you for what to expect when you arrive. We thank you all in advance for your prayers, patience and compassion as we all navigate this new and unusual season together!

  • Saturday 5:30pm. We will continue to live stream this service and post it to YouTube and Facebook for those who wish to continue watching from home or must continue practicing shelter in place due to high risk.

It is recommended by the Kern County Public Health Department that those who are 65 or older or have health conditions that put them at risk to consider viewing services at home on our website, crossroads-ridgecrest.org , our app or live on Facebook. DVDs of the message as well as bulletins, sermon notes, study guides and other resources will continue to be available in the Resource Box in front of the church office.
