Crossroads Missions
“Serving Jesus by serving others”

Upcoming Activities

Mission: Ridgecrest

Mission: Ridgecrest helps the elderly, single people, spouses, deployed service personnel, and others who need help by doing small construction jobs, start-up and shut-down of coolers, yard clean-up, and other jobs.

Love in Action

Love in Action is a community program designed to help meet the immediate and long-term needs of those seeking assistance for lodging and/or fuel. Local churches, resource agencies, and the police department are working together to offer real solutions and opportunities for the people of Ridgecrest.

Care Team

The Care Team provides hot meals and other support to people who have experienced a recent and significant change in their life from surgery, illness, a new arrival or recent loss.

Team True Racing

Team True Racing is a family of off-road racers who believe that living for Jesus is not something you only do on Sundays at church. They race and support racers thru prayer, outreach and other helps as needed. God has blessed them and they want to share the Good News with anyone that is seeking the redemptive power of Jesus Christ.

Veterans Outreach

Crossroads Community Church supports our local veterans! During 2016 we provided outreach support to many of our distinguished servicemen and officers at the Veteran's Stand-Down.

POWER Ministry

POWER Ministry organizes annual trips to Mexico, along the Texas border, providing men an opportunity to have a first-hand, third world missionary/outreach experience without traveling overseas. For over ten years, Crossroads has participated in this ministry by sending a team of men to help in this ministry with construction projects, distribution of food, and ministering to children. For those who attend, this is often a life-changing experience in terms of commitment to serving our Lord. Trips are usually scheduled in the month of January.

2018 Power Trip Itinerary

Child Sponsorship

Compassion International is a child-advocacy ministry that pairs compassionate people with needy children around the world, releasing them from spiritual, economic, social, and physical poverty. When you sponsor a child through Compassion, you change a child's life — forever! Crossroads parishioners currently sponsor 47 children, but the need is still great. You can change the world — one child at a time.

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkin patch is an annual pumpkin sale held at Crossroads each October. The proceeds of this sale go directly towards the purchase of materials for houses to be built by our missions team for needy families in Mexico. Last year, we sold enough pumpkins to build an entire house for a very nice family in the Tecate area just across the border! You can help this worthwhile cause by helping with the sale, set-up and tear-down of the facilities, going with us to pick up pumpkins, loading and unloading them, etc. Who would have thought that you could help build a house in Mexico by selling pumpkins? Praise the Lord!

Baja Christian Ministries

Baja Christian Ministries serves the physical and spiritual needs of needy famlilies by building homes and churches in Baja California, Mexico. For over ten years Crossroads has taken an active role in this incredible ministry by sending teams on weekend trips to build solid, weatherproof homes for qualified families in the Tijuana and Tecate area. We purchase materials for the homes using the proceeds from our Pumpkin Patch sales and other fundraising events, and then go to Mexico and build an entire house in one weekend! The next trip is scheduled for October 2017.

Mexican Medical Ministries

Mexican Medical Ministries brings healing and hope to the people of Mexico by providing medical and dental care to those who would not otherwise be able to afford it. They build facilities, organize teams of medical volunteers, and provide other outreach and evangelical services in areas where the need is greatest. Crossroads has been an active participant for the past three years by sending teams to the San Quintín area to help with construction tasks and minister to children. Please contact us or visit the Missions booth at the church for more information.
